No Hassles Fitness Addiction , in Ft. Lauderdale provides its Members with the latest state-of-the-art exercise equipment, friendly attentive service, all in our well maintained fitness center. Our goal is to provide a refreshingly positive supervised workout experience.
Results We are a next generation fitness facility, not the typical fitness facility. Mixed Martial Arts is huge and we focus on a MMA fighters workout without having to be a fighter. Most facilities are using outdated training and fitness techniques, we use the same training the greatest athletes in America are using.
